There is even a 10% discount on Family Season Tickets!!

Ewood Park looks set to remain the cheapest place to watch the unrivalled passion, drama and sheer excitement of top-flight football for yet another season.

Blackburn Rovers have announced season ticket prices for the 2011-12 Barclays Premier League campaign and once again they are the most affordable in the country.

Fancy watching Premier league football and dont want to be ripped off?? Buy a ticket at Ewood Park then and watch all the teams for a much more family friendly price!!

Rovers' managing director Tom Finn said: "Our strategy of offering the most affordable football in the Premier League has proved particularly successful in recent seasons, both in terms of atmosphere/attendances and our impressive record here at Ewood Park.

"Our owners, who have exciting plans for the future of the club, are keen to continue the pricing policy which has been so welcomed by fans.

"Our season ticket prices represent incredible value in comparison not only to our top-flight rivals, but within football as a whole.

"In trying times financially for fans, we felt that it was hugely important to show continuity in our pricing structure, as well as to reward the supporters for their superb backing again this season."

Bargain to go see the team Ronaldinho nearly played for.

If you're a Rovers fan this is a great deal, if only more clubs would charge a realistic price for season tickets instead of paying fairy tale wages to players the game would be better off.
#20
Arsenal probably over a grand next season :o(

Thats a bargain If I lived nearby I would snap that up even if I was not a fan...HOT

There will be a lot of banter that will be thrown around on this HUKD Thread, but as a Blackburn fan this is a very Hot Deal.

Even though most Blackburn fans are disgruntled with the current Manager Steve Kean, who almost got the Club relegated with a Squad that finished 10th in the League in the 2009-2010 Season, we are very much looking forward to the Transfer Dealings that the Club can pull off this summer.

Our new owners Venky's, who sacked our previous Manager Sam Allardyce for no apparent reason, have promised large sums of money to invest in the Blackburn Squad and for once it looks like we will be able to finally buy some players again.

Venky's are also widely disliked by Rovers fans, but there investment power was very much needed in a Club that has had to sell major assets just to balance the books over the last 3 Seasons.

Over those years the Club had to sell Roque Santa Cruz, David Bentley and Steven Warnock for a total of around £40million and only had around £10million of that to replace those players. Therfore, finishing 10th in the 2009-2010 Season was a remarkable achievement when you consider the amounts of money that nearly all of the other Clubs have spent in that time.

In summing up Blackburn is a great historic Football Club, with an air of optimism over its future and they are once again offering fair Season Ticket prices to their fans.

Voted Hot!

;)

£425 to see Hearts in the SPL. I must be mad!!!

It is a good price and have given heat. As someone hinted, perhaps it's time the leagues actually Stipulated the prices for season and matchday tickets. After all they are all providing the same product in their respective divisions. It can't be right that you pay £700 at Liverpool and £225 at Blackburn. I know the argument is that you see better players at L'Pool each home game, but that is a massive gap ??

Hot deal for anyone supporting Blackburn.

Ok im a Liverpool supporter and have to wait on a waiting list so i'll get one in the next 20-50years

Great price, especially considering Blackburn are usually pretty solid at home (not as much since losing Allardyce though).
#29
what a bargain, double that at wolves at least

My Hull City season pass was £340, and that was within the discount period. Its £390 now.

So £225 is great. Is it really cheaper than Wigan ?
#31
This is a great idea from Blackburn! Ewood Park is always empty (apart from the big games) and this would definitely tempt me into buying one if i were a rovers man.

Yes it is cheaper than wigan. Wigan froze prices on renewals and the cheapest is £250 and new buyers can get them from £270.

329 it the cheapest at fulham... most london championship sides charge more!

you do have to put up with the MJ statue though :)
