just to clarify - this is an away fixture for Arsenal, so tickets are for Ewood park.

how about £20 and free travel,
It's a bit if a trek to watch Arsenals reserves, especially after the performance last night, What is Wenger doing with Senderos????
#4
wenger is probably leaving Senderos balancing on the wing tip of the plane, back from Seville.

Already have my ticket, be great to watch some kids destroy Savage.

Thank you for a well-rounded discussion and putting your point of view across so well. NUMPTY !! Anyone can slag something off, but only those who know what they're talking about get notice taken of them !!

I didn't get to see last nights match, as I came back from the gym too late....... for some reason and for the first time in how many years, I completely forgot Arsenal were playing on the day. :o

Seems a good deal though but it's probably too far for me and the family but voted hot for anyone that wants to see some of the best players in the league in the near future. :-(

The kids have already shown that they're a match for anybody this and last season.
#7
thanks for this kyalion. It wont be the reserves playing it will be the young guns who are just as good as any premier team.
Come on you gooners.

nlackjane how can you vote cold. maybe your a spurs *spit on the floor* fan

Definitely, all those players are now rotation players and will start pushing for a starting role very soon..... I'd hate to be in Wengers position in the next couple years but if he can keep everyone happy without selling our biggest assets, I'll be very happy. :)

I think the kids have already proven themselves by destroying Liverpool, Tottenham and outplaying Chelseas strongest 11 in the final last year and we've also shown that whatever team Wenger puts out, they can easily play the most entertaining football in the country.

I wonder how long the trip would be from London??

anyone going to the game on the away supports bus or know of any bus that is going to the game???

Voted Hot Hot Hot :giggle:
#10
Voted hot from me & only an hour on the train from Leeds :)

Only downside is that thwe stadium is about 3 hours from the train station :-(
#11
hot deal and heated!
#12
Lets all go to watch a non english team play in a english cup!! WOOOOOOOO

And i voted cold, £20 for a league cup game is too much for whatever team it is.
#13
its a real shame that people who vote deals cold because they dont like the team or the console.

i think the above post should be deleted!
#14
geoneo why should the above post be deleted?

I voted cold because i feel that £20 is too much for a league cup tie even if it is "cheaper".

According to inflation top flight football tickets should only be about £14 for a adult and the lord taylor report stated that aswell.

sendores is the shittest player ever.......oops i mean 2nd shittest....forgot bout pascal cygan......thank god we sold him few yrs ago

£20 for a quarter final is good compared to the rip off prices clubs charge now. And it would be a better atmos at Ewood than at that soulless bowl emirates.

I'll bet if your beloved Spurs were playing you'd pay £20 !!!!!!!:whistling:

If the temperature scale didn't allow Spurs sympathisers to vote things COLD, this would already be a 100 degree offer.

How can you call us all glory hunters, I've been an Arsenal supporter since I was a little kid, throughout the time we were one of the most boring teams to watch and live around 10 minutes away from the stadium, so I'm just keeping my loyalty to local businesses.

I take it you started supporting Liverpool when they were one of the best teams in the world for a few decades back in the day....... if not, it may be because of the recent champions league.

You may have even started supporting Liverpool because your family supported them and you decided to follow the herd but they may have supported the team when they were at there peak, so someone is a glory hunter..... or maybe like myself, you chose to support your local team.
#25
Im with you realfriendllyman, well i followed after the herd. But i somehow i think supporting bristol city isnt glory hunting.

So. You think £20 to watch arguably the best team in the country now is too much, and yet you pay more than that to watch your local team ??? Where the hell do you live ??? Madrid or perhaps Barcelona me thinks.

Halleluja !! As an ex-N5 resdent I now live in the grim Midlands, but still follow my team I supported as a kid.

Maybe I shouldn't as I'm not a "local" anymore, but you can't change your team. You can change your wife for less hassle usually. LOL:giggle:
#29
I live in bristol, and support bristol city. And yes i do feel £20 is too much for any club.

And i think you will find out you can get some madrid and barcelona tickets are cheaper than £20.

I would imagine tickets will be available on the evening, as i am almost certain Arsenal once took about 34 fans to a semi final at wigan in this cup?

I bought my Barcelona ticket for Racing Santander for 18 euros, had a really good view in the second tier as well, and saw a footballing masterclass from Ronaldinho

Don't really think this is a hot deal as such, its Arsenal trying to flog some tickets so they can get a decent turnout, so voted cold
#39
all you non gunners are sooooo sad.

Why would you go and watch chelsea v liverpool maybe to watch some of our ****** england players and for half time entertainment watch ashley cole insert his mobile where the sun dont shine

So a tenner to watch Stevie Gerrard, Jamie Carragher, Xabi Alonso, Fernando Torres, John Terry, Michael Essien, Didier Drogba etc..

OR £20 to watch Fabianski, Bendtner, Senderos, Flamini etc...

Maybe it's your side's fault that we aren't going to be at the Euros next summer....
