From the web site :-

Buy a Pleasure Beach Pass for only £5 per person
Entitles you to enjoy the ambience of the park, ride on the Pleasure Beach Express, Chinese Puzzle Maze, South Beach Show and our new Spectacular Dancing Water Show.

Top up a Pleasure Beach Pass with ride tickets for individual rides or you can upgrade your Pass to a wristband, once on the park.

it's a bit of a rip off really .... we have gone 30+ people to the pleasure beach .....say 6 hate the rides and won't go on anything but they still come along for the laugh, pleasure beach has made £30 for nothing, even if the other 24 have spent £20 a piece or thereabouts

Yep, there was talk about it last year, it must have started this season.
It's a way for Pleasure Beach to make money from all the pensioners who take their grandkids and don't spend much. :x

Yep it was def £5 entry when I was there, we never gave them the pleasure and about turned, rip off.

It'll be a long time before I'm back, if ever, what a sh1thole

We took our daughter for a look around prior to her going with school last week - so she knew which rides she could handle!! :?
It costs £5 just to enter the Pleasure Beach even if you're just watching the kids. You can't go in for a free walk round and have the odd game on a side show anymore.
It's a rip off.
My daughter enjoyed her school trip though - cos she knew which rides to avoid! :w00t:

how is charging people to go in and go on rides a rip off ?....just because some people deceide they dont wanna go on the rides theyve paid for?

surely it makes sense to either go somewhere you will all enjoy, or the ones who dont, go sit in the pub across the st while you go on the rides....?

Up until very recently you didn't have to pay just to walk through the Pleasure Beach, buy a candy floss and have a look around. Now it costs £5. You have to pay to use the rides on top of that.
