Obviously not working hard enough if you have a 44" waist.

Bit on the small size if your main job is demolishing walls using your butt.

It is though, really. Just because some people are morbidly obese doesn't make general obesity OK, if you're above a 40" waist and under 6' you're a bloater.

thats not nice - not everyone can manage there size easily - just because you have got a 44 inch mouth does not make it any easier

Less spare calories means less fat, you either exercise to match your food intake or you moderate your food intake to match your exercise regime. There are some people with medical issues but I'd say it's way under 10%, the rest are either lazy or greedy.

I'm currently the heaviest I've ever been, but am still only a 32" waist. I work in an office but either walk or cycle to work and spend my lunch break walking too. It's either that or watch my diet, but I like food so make sure I walk it off instead. I don't know any overweight people that actually regularly exercise, and by that I don't mean driving to the gym once a week. Just a few km of walking/cycling a day does wonders.

I think you have to understand your body before you try to understand your exercise and food regime. everyone's body responds differently and some things may work for some people but not others. There are 3 different types off body types endomorph ectomorph and mesomorph. all require different techniques to look there best. If your a 32 at your heaviest then I'd say your a ectomorph. you can be a waist 44 and be strong as fcuk.

Then the percentage of endomorphs has shot up in the past 50 years, certainly less 'larger' people when junk food was scarcer. Do you think a 44" waist is normal, regardless of body type?
