  I just want the toy, because there isn't a single version of the car you can buy that isn't something like £50-£300. On the other hand, it's silver and not blue with police lights so it's not what I want anyway..

  Is it really 30 years sinc this was released (sometimes feels like twice that) - it never ceases to amaze me - no matter how good the film is, how many different 'special editions' have been made of this.
  
  Just when you think they've wrung the very last drop out of the film, up pops another 'special' - doubtless someone will buy it, but I already have several copies on VHS, DVD and I'm pretty sure Blu-Ray.
