Bought the 39" version from Tesco 3 years ago for my sister. Served her well. Was used as a monitor connected to a laptop & also for Chromecast.

Was EXCELLENT.

Was bought with a free 5 yr warranty - which came in handy last month.

Got £189 back & bought a 43" Seiki last week :D

This is made by UMC not Vestel - I've yet to come across a decent Vestel & I've yet to come across a bad UMC set.

Good find. Heated!

Shame that it's not included in clubcard boost :(

Is this any good for occasional ps4 gaming?

For twice the price you could get 4 times as many pixels.

To be honest, I worry about corners being cut with these cheep TVs, but so far I have been rather impressed. And if this is made by UMC, all the better.

And there is so much 4k content to watch to fully utilise those extra pixels :)

Ok now I am very confused. Is this better than the Seiki 43inch that was posted yesterday? I get paid tomorrow and if I can get a 43inch full HD tv sub £200 I'd be happy.. Think I need to make a thread

same here already ordered seiki and saw this after. don't think there is too much difference both chinese and 43"

I agree. Seiki is a pretty poor brand, known primarily for low prices. Blaupunkt is not even a brand, just a label that gets bought and slapped on.

The only thing I could see was a slight difference in the motion rate. But my thinking was get the 3 year warranty from tesco then you have piece of mind
