Not sure if you're looking at the right frame - the one on blockbuster is the ReddMango Libra QS710, the amazon one shown in your link is the QS651 (which seems to include sound)

This is the QS710 at Amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B001CC6298/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_sr_1?pf_rd_p=103612307&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B002FAPXO6&pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_r=11KKN8TESXR2N8GD0NBF

Resolution is a lot less than the other model: 480 X 234 compared with 800 X 480 pixels, which would make it a no go for me - but, very cheap deal.

The res on the photo frame is rubbish and £9.99 is all its worth really so not voting either way as no doubt someone will say they have one and it makes there DSL snaps look fantastic, of course there nearly blind in both eyes.

The bluray player appears to be cheap but its very old from around 2008 and will come with very old firmware on that will need updating via net.

I have to agree. That resolution is just terrible. Good as a present for kids, though.

Not available to Northern Ireland which was a pain after I decided to buy a few as gifts.

I thought it would make a nice anniversary present for the wife. Christmas present for mum; just add some photos and you've got a nice thoughtful present. Ah well

bought 2 digital photo frames- understand about lower pixels but will fit the purpose I need them for beautifully

The Blu-ray player is a good budget level player at a gr8 price, but dont get this if if you're looking for DTS HD Audio as it has no onboard decoding of DTS HD Master Audio ..... other than that ... it's a great buy.

Blockbuster started going **** up in the US not too long ago. The UK arm of the company is apparently no longer connected with the US parent company, but has been up for sale in the UK for some time now with no prospective buyers.

Thanks for posting. Just ordered the photo frames, as previously said will make good presents for kids bedrooms. Thanks again,

Absolutely, but that res is too low for me, which is why it would be a waste of £10.

Still voted hot for those whose requirements are met.

I bought this frame and I think its awesome for the price. Picture quality is not average from up close but from 1 metre away its not bad. Simple to us - literally drag and drop some photos on a memory stick, plug it into the side of the frame and the slideshow begins.

Now appears to be out of stock (I like it so much I want to order another for a present!)
