The Blockbuster interactive DVD game is a re-creation of the cult TV show and is hosted by the ultimate quiz master, Bob Holness. Following the format of the original programme teams / players compete to make a row of letters across the Blockbusters board by answering questions associated with the letter picked. The first player to win two rounds out of three will be invited to play the legendary Gold Run - where they must make it across the board from left to right in sixty seconds or less to win a fantastic prize (prizes not included!).

thegroutch - Nov 16, 2010 16:46I'll take a P please Bob

One of my favourite lines from the show, the other being when a contestant answered a question with 'orgasm' when it should have been 'organism'. I have the board game in the back of the wardrobe somewhere, will have to dig it out and play it with the kids. Will try Poundland in King's Lynn tomorrow and see if they have any in stock...

I've been put off these after the mess they made of Bull's Eye, but must admit to being more than slightly tempted by this. I think I'll buy it for someone I live with for Christmas. Everyone's a winner!

Heat well and truly deserved.

I am so glad others think bullseye was awful. We forced our friends to play it the other night - lasts way too long and how you accurately throw a dart is way beyond me. Absolute garbage !!!!

Would love blockbusters to be better but not holding my breath

I wonder if it's out for ps2.. Search engines at the ready!

We bought this a couple years ago for some Christmas day shenanigans. It is truly awful. You don't even get to choose a letter from the board when it's your turn, it's chosen for you.
Even at only £1 it's a criminal waste of your time.
