Might be worth considering a trip to a Lloyds pharmacy if you have one near you, last year they were selling decent blood pressure monitors (we have one) for £9.99 and they have a redesign of last years model for just £8.99.

I would go with the Lloyds one too - I comes with the option of larger arm cuffs (misleading name as its for your upper arm) for those of us who train/eat all the pies.
