Not really a deal but an interesting idea, I thought parents (and teachers) out there that want to interest their kids to renewable energy and protection the environment might like it too. Along with DIY-ers that might enjoy a cheap power generator that can output a couple of Volts... Delivery is £2.13 (total: £12.49 if you get one, but you might want one for each kid to avoid arguments about who's keeping it!)

Blow light is the world's smallest wind generator, making it a great environmentally friendly toy.

This little wind-powered toy brings clean, green energy to the palm of your hand, and is a great little gadget for getting youngsters interested in the beauty of renewable energy. No batteries or charging or nothing - instead just blow on the toy and watch it light up! The wind-powered toy has one green and two blue LED lights which are powered by blowing on the tiny 2.4-inch rotor blade. So you can forget using a lighter or cell phone during that ballad at your next rock concert illuminate the night with the eco-friendly Blow Light!

It might just be me, but I just don't get the point! It seems like a waste of money to me. Nevertheless I have NOT voted cold (quite the opposite as it might appeal to others).

Just buy an electric fan instead?

I fully support global warming, its been a lovely April as a result.

I thought these might look good in the garden, so I asked them if it was waterproof, and "Nigel" answered that it was probably more showerproof and it wouldn't be a good idea to leave it out in a heavy downpour... :-) Just in case anyone was interested.... :p

We should start planting olive trees and vineyard then! I wouldn't mind seeing an English Riviera just an hour South from London.

OK, let me replace my energy-saving bulbs with proper global-warming-friendly conventional ones... Who needs LEDs then? :p

Kids like to play with lights though, if yours haven't deflated the batteries of your torchlight yet, it's means they're only too young. But they're growing up... Look, they're getting closer and closer to that drawer, your torchlight is about to get found... You NEED LEDs, quick! :giggle:

You will love it, but they don't come cheap either!
