These are very pricey. I ordered a load of HD DVD from Amazon US the other and saved a fortune - does blooray have region protection?

Some, but not all.

£12 each after discount is a bargain for blu-Ray.

Well can be less than £9 each really, 2x £13.99 bluray = £27.98 - 4% quidco = about £8.95 each:thumbsup:

Personally I'd be better off with the Amazon 3for2 offer (once they get it fixed) as I want:

300
Blood Diamond

Play.com cost: £48
Amazon cost: £38

Tesco also have a 3for2 offer but not much vaiety.

Aren't they regular DVDs?

Even with the links you gave, the Amazon 3for2 still works out cheaper i think.

Still, thanks for the effort, repped you for it.

Btw, Foxy really suck imo!

The offers not working atm, someone over at AVF emailed Amazon CS and they said they are working on it.

The Amazon.com Bogof offer was excellent, except some ppl got stung with customs.

There is a good reason for this, at present there is a special offer from the suppliers where traders can buy one blu-ray DVD and get the second one for free. I have account with the same company that suppliers play.com with their Blu-DVDS so really speaking the 3 for 2 isnt such a good deal when you know that is it??? :whistling:
