- thanks for the post, I've been itching to buy Fifth Element for weeks now. I've got the Superbit version already, so I was waiting for a price drop.

Movietyme are really doing some bargains lately - I've bought Pirates 1 & 2, Apolocalypto, Cars.

Cheers

The problem I find with Movietyme is that they don't inform you of stock levels - if an item is out of stock they won't tell you, they will just ship it out when it arrives. I wouldn't buy from them if I needed something in a hurry but on the occasion they have been out of stock it's usually only meant an extra week's wait.

Proximo (and anyone else who may be interested), if you ever want to know if an american blu-ray release is region free, have a look at this site:

Why would you vote this deal hot then when your other order has not turned up?:?

FWIW Amazon.com have good prices also - I cancelled my MovieTyme order (£13.99) as they were out of stock didn't realise they would charge me £0.70 for doing so :-( and reordered with Amazon for £11 shipped.

voted cold, these aren't deals, the region free US imports are always this price, it's not a "deal"

I order my copy of T2 on the 14th and it arrived the same week. I was quite impressed.

So this shop is in America, the prices are in pound sterling and this becomes a deal?

Im sorry but these are normal prices. These get shipped from America...2 weeks shipping.
#14
well this is a deal if you compare what we get charged for theses films in hmv or from uk websites.

These dvd's are always listed at this price. However , it's worth keeping an eye on the site as every now and then they do a promo and reduce the price of a blu-ray disc for a week. The last one they did I think was Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest for £8.99 and Apocalypto for £7.99.

Do Movietyme mark items lower if it goes over £18?
