The Blue Terrance Trunki is curently £21.95 on Amazon
Link here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Trunki-Terrance-Ride-on-Suitcase-Blue/dp/B001A2H050/

He is £29.99 in Mothercare, so if you ring them on 0844 875 5222 (8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and 9am to 5pm on Sundays)
and tell them you want to price match the amazon price, they will also send you a £10 mothercare gift voucher as part of their price promise deal! I would remind them about the voucher, and they say "5-7 days delivery" but in my experience they always come next day recorded delivery.

So your getting Terrance for £21.95 and a free £10 voucher thrown in! Hope this helps someone :)

THOUGHT THIS NEEDED AN UPDATE:
Thanks to so many people taking advantage of this fatastic deal its become apparent that you can now get any trunki from amazon for around £24.95, price match it and get your voucher. Mothercare are well aware of the deal and when you ring up and request to price match a trunki, most staff know the prices of amazon by heart already! Also as amazon do free delivery, so will mothercare! so wherever you find it, try and get free delivery.

22nd June 2011 - THIS STILL WORKS!! Order to collect at store if they try and charge you for delivery. Wait till you get the gift voucher in the post before collecting your item, then you can collect and spend your freebie at the same time :)

I ordered two and got two vouchers in one order.

Did you order two of the same colour or different colours?

Ordered 2 same colour (pink).
Then saw the ladybird trunki.
So i rang back, cancelled the first order.
Then realised i should get 2 pink and 2 ladybird, and decide which i want when they get delivered.
So re-ordered and i'm getting four £10 vouchers from four trunki's in one order.
When i've decided which i like the most i'll take two back to store.
Hmmm... will they ask for the vouchers back. Maybe not as the vouchers arrive as a separate order.

Very dishonest though!

the vouchers are not listed on your invoice. they arrived seperately with their own invoice, and then the actual item arrives with no mention of the voucher on it. i took something back a few weeks ago and expected them to ask for the voucher but they didnt. happy days :)

It must depend who you get on the phone. I was only given one voucher when I ordered some toys last week. Going by this rule I was entitled to 2. I also ordered something that was out of stock on another website (thought it was worth a try) and she honoured it, so i think it depends whether the person you speak to can spell their own name :)

Oh dear, looks like i will be taking all my trunki's back to mothercare for a refund as they don't fit into Ryanair hand luggage cages!!!
Still, if i get to keep the vouchers...
#18
goodfella, if you have misplaced your receipt they tend to give you the full value back on a gift card...then again depends who you speak to.
#19
Do they not fit ryanairs hand luggage then? Are they definitely too big?

Awe I want the tiger one

The only one really for boys is the blue one gutted I like some of the others but don't think he'd thank me for a ladybird or Penelope carriage one lol

you could always put the kids in the cages and leave the trunkis on the seats....it won't be long before ryanair install cages on their planes, anyway....lol

tightpants that made me laugh.
Seriously though, some people saying they've been on Ryanair flights with trunki's still isn't enough for me to risk the hefty Ryanair fines.
When i fly Ryanair i always make sure there's no way they can sting me for anything at all.
#31
Call me a troll, but i was sure i could ignite a whole new Ryanair debate with my last post.
Damn! :-)
#32
I thought you only got the voucher if the difference was £20
#33
Just done a google & apparently people don't have any prons taking these through the gates on Ryanair flights. For now anyway.
#34
Ordered the princess purple one! looks fab! you have to pay delivery unless store collection.

I took one on a Ryanair flight a couple of weeks ago and it fits in the cages where you check luggage (with about 0.5cm to spare). There were quite a few Trunkis on the flight.

No, the difference doesnt have to be £20, just the item your wanting to pricematch has to be over £20 (in this case amazon). Although, it does obviously depend who your dealing with as some members of staff dont understand the T&Cs properly and have been giving vouchers out for all items (even under £20).

it might matter to some that this is the one handle version not the update two handled one...

Ive just bought this over the phone and there was a further promo bringing it to £19.19 or £19.90-couldnt get the operators accent!! if you select instore collection rather than postage its cheaper still.

They will also price match the Trunki Harley & Freddy.

I just got the Harley for £24.24 (plus £10 voucher). Happy girl now.
