Don't count on it being that wonderful - I have a more expensive one than this, which had good reviews on sound quality, and I have a quiet petrol engine car, yet struggle beyond about 55 or 60mph, or when the road surface is noisy.
I have a couple of bluetooth headsets I use with the PC for VOIP calls, one, a Samsung is great; the other, a Jabra is hopeless, so there is wide variation there too - more a matter of hearing with the kit before you buy it, which is not always easy to do either! :-(

Eventually I will spend the money on a Bluetooth car radio headset (a couple of good ones have been posted on deals here in the past!), but in the meantime, none of these gadgets are exactly the perfect answer :-(
got the jabra, excellent kit.

Well worth the money, can not loose.
