I can see you drive something French then

Seriously have you seen the dimensions of this thing. Its 10cm long by 3cm wide so size of a normal toy you can get from £1 shop. Rrp £20 is a joke

with the ones you buy for a £1 from poundland, they'll last a week or two, this has a TWO YEAR WARRANTY so quality assurance is positive.

Nice one OP. Just purchased thanks. I would pay no heed to the adverse comments and you certainly will not find this in a Pound shop. As with all BMW and Mini products, yes they are expensive but quality does not come cheap. I am long term owner of BMW Minis and the 2014 model is the best yet.

Cheers!

I suppose for anyone that drives their toy cars hard, a 2 year warranty gives peace of mind.

Petrol or Diesel is a bit of a silly question since it is a Diesel Hybrid 8)

Does 2 year warranty cover accidental damage ? My 4 year old is a VERY bad driver oO

It was bound to be asked though wasn't it. Like the rest of the 'funny' questions.

BMW want £100k for the real thing, but then as soon as you drive it away it's probably worth about £150k. The waiting list is massive for it as it's the next fashion statement eco car out there with supercar like performance.

More importantly, do the indicators work?
If yes, you know it's fake.

As you are buying off eBay these companies do always take into consideration feedback so rest assured they will help you if you have any faults with the item

Will you own the car after the end of the term ?

seen one in the flesh wasn't that impressed, really ugly. If was spending that kind of money I'd go for something like an audi r8, porsche 911 gt3 or tesla

The Audi and Porsche are entirely predictable, safe and also entirely unimaginative though. I don't even register when they drive past. Perhaps that is why the i8 is in such great demand as it's a bit off the wall and interesting.

I wouldn't mind an i8. Failing that I would be perfectly happy with a used, low mileage pampered 599 GTB F1. At least it isn't something you see every day.

I wouldn't call the Audi R8 predictable or unimaginative but it's a matter of opinion I guess.

I've just received mine and I've got to say I'm impressed by the packaging it was sent in and the overall quality of the vehicle. A good purchase for a person that loves his cars, specially German ones!!

It kinda is though. It's an excellent machine much like the Porsche but unsurprisingly Audi wanted to be nice and safe, made it look like a pumped up TT, lifted the engine straight out of a Lamborghini (AND detuned it) rather than build it's own which also makes it feel less special. How very efficient and German of them and their accountants.

It just doesn't float my excitement boat or special feeling, even though it costs £100k which you would think should be top of the list for such a car!
