Not seeing the Point of them to be honest I fill up a water bottle when I leave for work from my filtered tap and top it up at work from a filtered tap when I leave.

1l ones are still £10!

Just picked up a few at the Edmonton branch. Filters must cost more than these, so it might be useful to stock up on them just for the filters...

TBH even without a filter what's wrong with normal tap water?! It's already filtered...

I dont like the taste of chlorine etc.back home we have filtered well water, no floride / chlorine etc. Brita (and I assume bobble) has none of them.

If unfiltered water is the same as filtered, why do u have filtered??? Surely its more expensive??

One tap gives boiling water and drinking water - the filter's really there for limescale prevention (and other taps are softened).

Happy to drink unfiltered. Happy also to pay for convenience (of not dealing with limescale, for example).

ah ha. Uderstand.... limescale is ironically good for humans, not for pipes!!

Won't remove minerals only solid matter may be useful camping collecting rain water but still would boil as an extra precaution.
