Not for everyone (please don't just vote cold because you support another team or dislike the sport), but for those who enjoy their football and in particular the Swans then this is a rare but great deal.

Its being run with the South Wales Evening Post - which means you have to get vouchers from the paper.. but seeing as they'll also allow you to buy two get two free.. it is well worth it for the saving.

Particularly impressive is the fact we're on a good run of form with just one loss in twelve, and in the Championship play off positions at the moment, with a reputation for playing good football, so its not as if they're trying to make up for poor form.

NOTE: If you work for Swansea Council you can show your staff ID or payslip and get adult tickets for £10 and kids for £1 for this match only.

Its on the official site, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday mate.

I'm lucky, getting free tickets this season! But a great deal for those who don't.

Half Empty? It was nearly full for the Derby County match (our last game)... It's great to see the club want to reward the fans and keep attendances high.

Edit: Oh there's a suprise.. Cold Votes already.. with no explanation... what is the point posting deals on this site when people only vote for those applicable to themselves?
#5
That's cool, I'll be sure to get the paper on those days then! Gonna need to find some extra people to come now as my usual lot are working nightshifts in amazon for a couple of weeks! I'm sure my wife won't mind coming along :-D

i think there's a similar deal for Osprey tickets too - £5 each or something, think it's for the 19th December

An offer for council employees for this match buy up to 4 tickets for £10 each on production of your id badge at the ticket office
#13
Great deal, come on you greens xx
#14
Is this Buy One Get Out Free?
#15
Preston North End are doing a similar deal this December:
Buy a ticket for Plymouth and you get a ticket for Derby free.
So, for 2 matches, that's

Adults: £20
Young Adults: £12

Also, don't forget that Under 8s go FREE with an accompanying adult.

In addition, the Derby match is in support of the Armed Forces, so free tickets will be issued to our boys too.

Swansea play excellent football, so well worth your money.

better deal than we get off the Riddler down here. Hot. should help you fill your council stadium!
#18
gutted i will be away for this game, come on the jacks
#19
Excellent deal, come on the Jacks (got ST btw so no good for me, but as long as the fill the place who cares)
#20
Good idea and a good deal its a pity more clubs (and more sports) dont try this.

COME ON YOU GREENS !
#21
Great deal but what about little perks for season ticket holders i.e free entrance to reserve and youth games, the club are really missing the point when it comes to ST holders ;Who coff up hundreds of pounds each summer are always left out.
#22
Heard they can't stop giving their tickets away. It's usually buy 1 and get 4 free and they still can't fill their stadium.
#23
Great deal! Voted Hot

It’s a fantastic venue when it’s full especially when we beat Cardiff {Scumdiff} at the liberty. It’s getting a bit boring beating them all the time. SWIM AWAY SCUMMER

Got to laugh at the sad, jealous Crapdiff comments. Must be killing em seeing us above their expensively assembled team in the league. Merry Christmas Scummers :w00t::santa:

Note how you posted this before todays game. If I could be bothered with all the narrow minded pettyness that goes on in Swansea I'd mention our own RHUKD about frozen season tickets for 5 years.

No wonder, its the councils stadium after all :w00t:

Got the voucher from the paper yesterday but even more fortune is that my Aunt's 2 premier seats are available so I'll sit there for a change! Gonna miss the East stand atmosphere though! :-(

EVen so, they only do this offer for staff once or twice a season:-(
#33
Erm, I think it was me who pointed out the council offer first!!!!!!!!!!

Surely season ticket holders would rather be attracting more fans and seeing the team play in front of 18-19000 fans rather than 14000 anyway even if it means slightly less of a bargain on the season ticket?

I'm thankful for the season tickets holders as the more there are the more money the club know they have available for the wages! Shame we ended up using so much of it on Jordi Lopez, but I do continue to hope he'll justify it! Looking forward to the game now!
#36
Ironically I can't make it for this game.. can't wait for Forest though!
#37
Well we won
#38
happy days!
#39
Wasn't a great game, but not terrible. And I enjoyed my first time of sitting premier haha. A lot more comfortable than I expected! Some good banter with the crowds last night. Fallon really should have pulled them level but it wasn't to be and my goodness is the playoff battle even tighter after last nights set of games!
#40
Worst performance of the season by Swansea (apart from Nathan Dyer who was excellent) but Plymouth were dreadful and we still got 3 points. Happy days.
