Obviously short notice but HotUKers might be interested in this offer I received - I checked earlier and good £75 seats were coming up at £10. I'm sure they'll go pretty shortly!

-------------------
On the 24th June last year Bon Jovi made history as the first band to open the O2. This week the band are back in London playing two stadium gigs at Twickenham. To help celebrate Making That Memory, AEG have allocated a number of best seats at £10 for this Saturday, 28th June.

To buy your £10 tickets, just click or paste in the link below and enter the special offer password: PRAYER.

-------------------

EDIT: Sorry - I didn't mention the first part of the e-mail I got which said:

"GreenwichCard holders can snap up tickets for Bon Jovi at Twickenham for just £10 per ticket for Saturday 28 June. "

I suspect the Staff offer covers a wide variety of groups including the one above. No guarantees but I doubt you'd need the greenwich card to collect as ticketmaster don't ask for the number - besides you could just say someone gave them to you!

Might be a stupid question as i'm new but what are MSE'RS and what is AEG? What type of ID would I need to collect these?
#19
You’d have to pay me £10 to watch a bunch of over the hill geriatrics with bad mullets warbling naff tunes!
Actually make it £12.50!

oops! I posted this on both sites and was in a rush between meetings - didn't want anyone here to miss out!

Looking up about Greenwich cards, they're £1 a year, but you need to live in the borough. I guess if it comes up, make out a friend lives in the area or something to that effect, and a false address if they really wanna make a deal out of it.
#28
I live about 3 miles from Greenwich and so my address should be fine

I'm not, I'm laughing! £75??? These aging bands are taking the mick. I wouldn't pay that much to see ANYONE. Worth £20 in my estimation, as this is half that, voted hot!

It is a bit much, but it's worth it to see these legends! Guaranteed a good time and probably a sore throat singing your heart out!

As I am too broke to even afford tickets for 10 quid I'm crossing my fingers that my sister's mate will give me the free tickets she has for tonight

just hope it doesnt rain

Has anyone who has brought these tickets had a confirmation email from ticketmaster??? Does it say anything on it about needing any ID/cards??

Actually no I didnt. They let me go to the event thinking I had the tickets but it turned out that they had sold seats that didnt exist! I travelled 120miles to and from the venue and got told it was nothing to do with the venue, it was all ticketmaster

I have had the email and it doesn't mention ID, just to print the confirmation and to take credit card.
#36
I rang up...just to "confirm" it all went through. Anyway, I asked what i needed to bring in regards to the offer, and they said just the card and order number. Should be fine.
#37
Dumb question - does anyone have any details of the concert - it says it starts at 4pm - any idea what time Bon Jovi are likely to be on?
#38
the feeling are on about 6.30pm, Bon Jovi on at 8 until 10.30
