  A friend bought dvds from a supplier and said a large spider once came out. Is there any way I can tell suppliers I don't like spiders (I'm arachnophobic!) and I don't want spiders (or any bugs) in my delivery?

  Im pretty sure the spider was put in there accidentally and they have no control over it.

  I can recommend a supplier that will check the delivery for spiders manually but will mean the DVD packaging is opened and no longer sealed to make sure there was not one sealed inside at the factory. The cost is a bit more due to the manual intensive nature of this type of inspection and would cost be able to provide the DVD box set spider free for only £150
