No mention they will take some of the bonus points back off you, like they did last time this offer was on.
#7
Only works once if you live in N.Ireland, bit daft that...

Come on Nectar - don't insult us with these offers. Just cos they award 'hundreds' of points mean nothing!

Nectar is probably the slowest and most untrusting points awards card bar none.
The points (if added at all) can take several months, you literally have to make a note of the date/time of the transaction and contact their customer services to get the points. It seems the points don't track or just never appear.

Awarding hundreds of points in real money is nothing, it's a gimmick of marketing. They must think people are mugs, 250 points is worth all of £1.25 in Argos........... Nectar are literally "pointless"

Might be a gimmick, but since i started using it earlier in the year its certainly given me at least £30 off things on eBay and Salisburys that i would have paid for anyway, and all i have to do is scan a card.. Hardly pointless

Fairly sure it's the same deal - the eBay surprise. Though I have activated both from the eBay email today (stating 1st - 4th Sep) and via the Nectar website to be sure.

No surprise though that the scheme isn't generous on larger value purchases.

You heard of auto correct problems? You lack the deductive reasoning to figure out what i meant? Or are you just ignorant?

So, was this the surprise Nectar were hinting at last week? I'm disappointed...No way will I spend £5 on ebay for the sake of 50p worth of nectar points.

You must have bad luck. my points always add within a day or two.

I find club card a bit more frustrating in that you can't use to your points straight away.

off topic but another source of nectar points is dhl if you use them worth linking your card to account

Nice, never knew they were linked too (like ebay)... shame it's such a teeny tiny amount tho, 1 point per pound.... http://parcel.dhl.co.uk/collect-nectar-points
