I wonder how many people can spare a fiver after spending on all the 'bargains' recently - when they see their bank statements in a few weeks it'll be a hard time for families I think, as there isn't going to be much cash around until Easter at the earliest....... despite crazy government talk of the economy picking up.
Interesting deal by the way, but not for us - we don't do xmas jumpers as we spend the money on stuff for the children instead.......... times have changed. :(

It's a deal for sure so if you're into these things excellent. If you're not a xmas jumper wearer so be it but no need for socio-economic blah blah. It's a deals website not the BBC's Have Your Say

It's facts and figures that show the economy picking up. For many people wages have stayed much the same, but they're paying probably a third what they used to on their mortgage (most peoples biggest expense). Personally I've never been richer.

From your comment it sounds like you're on low pay, so again you've probably never been richer, because the "crazy government" has raised the income tax start point.

Only if you have a mortgage - anyone renting has seen their prices stay the same or keep rising and are earning much less interest on any savings they may have towards a mortgage because of those low interest rates. There's still a real problem with house prices for a lot of people in many areas and I don't think there's any easy solution for it.

Not really the right place for this sort of discussion though...

Try using the code BDAYTREATUK for larger orders which gives 20% discount but will still have delivery charge (use £1.99 delivery option)

Ended up ordering 3 different ones, thanks op, probably shouldn't have as we have just bought our first house, but £17 is not going to break the bank!
