I was offered free click & collect or £3.50 for delivery.

This is my first post so apologies if I've done anything incorrectly :-)

Save even more by not buying any of these unnecessary supplements at all - unless you have a recognised deficiency diagnosed by a reputable practitioner (that generally means a dietitian NOT a nutritionist or other quack).

Getting vitamins & minerals from food is always best. However, agricultural over farming has been depleting the soil & thus the food grown is not as nutritionally dense as it was say 60 years ago. Not to mention viramins & minerals additionally wasted due to time from farm to plate. Thus food is NOT as nutritionally dense.

This means that viramins & mineral supplements help to top up the levels, that the food one eats gives.

I am changing from chemically produced multi vitamins to multi vitamins made with & containing nutritionallly dense foods, as that will help my body to absorb the vitamins & minerals easier than the former

On a lighter note, I only buy Hair, Nails & Skin tablets as they make my weak nails alot stronger :-)

Forgot to mention that over processed foods are also nutritional lacking, as more people opt for convenience & don't make foods from scratch like great grand parents did

Sounds like you've been reading too many food blogs that have no idea what they're talking about.

It's just a summary of collective information from watching BBC documentaries, reputable news articles & blogs/articles by qualified Doctors

See my previous comment about not consulting a nutritionist (whose qualifications vary from dodgy to non-existent).

Ah great, a nice trusty source like The Daily Fail. It must be true then!

Give it a few days and they'll have another article saying that Poundland vitamins are cr*p and to go for premium brands.

I know all about how easy it is to become a nutritionist by buying quick courses on deal websites.

I do have a B.Sc. (Homs) degree and know all about using Trusted & Quality sources, thanks.

Any suggestions about what foods to consume so I do not need to take Glucosamine or Chondroitin?
My brother in law was advised by his Consultant (a professor btw) to take these to help his back/hip problems....
I have neck, shoulder and spinal problems...... , and been taking these for years as advised by my consultant and chiropractor.

I stopped taking them about a year ago, as I was taking so many tablets......
I must admit, I am struggling to walk, even get out of bed some mornings, so I have just ordered some more, and am hoping it will do the trick.
But if you can tell me what food stuff provides the same beneficial effect on joints, I will appreciate it, as they cost a fortune.

p,s I already take fish oil and eat fish plus lots of fruit and veg.
