  Had the same problem ages ago with both my cards, had to contact their customer service who put the order through manually.
  
  Only site I ever had a problem with them too.

  So just tried to order and I get 'The Authorisation has been rejected by the Vendor due to insufficient authentication. Please try a different card' with both my Visa and MasterCard, same problem as when I tried to buy Saints Row 3 a couple of months ago.
  
  ShopTo is the only place online I've ever had this problem, baffled.
  
  Shall spend the extra and go with GMG for their GOTY edition.
