Borderlands PC download, only £2 @ Green Man Gaming.

Use the following code to bring the price down by 20% to £2:

COSYO-UDIDN-TGET1

This is the cheapest I've ever seen it, including on steam. The GOTY version is also a fantastic price at £3.99. I assume they both require steam (only the GOTY Page mentions it)

If for some reason you don't have it, for the love of god, BUY!

This does not support DLC. GOTY edition with all DLC is free to play on Steam through till Monday. £4.99 after that or leave it on your PC until sale time at Xmas.

Not everyone will be bothered with the dlc (though I think all but the underdome is fantastic). And besides, the GOTY edition on GMG is only £3.99! Could try over the weekend on steam then buy from here.

Great deal, I picked up the GOTY edition a few months ago from Amazon for £5 and I thought that was a steal, so for £4 you really can't go wrong.

If you buy this, just get the GOTY edition and skip the normal one, even though the DLC isn't quite as good as the original game it's worth playing.

Bought it because my son raved about it. Played it but honestly didn't really like it. Ending was a spectacular fail. Won't be playing it again. Sorry.
PS - Playing Mafia II at the mo. Much, much better!

I tried this too, after completing Rage, which I really enjoyed. Was very dissapointed with this, just couldn't get into it, found it quite boring and repetitive especially after Rage put me in the mood for more action.

Is this worth buying for single player?

GOTY Edition definitely worth £3.99, cheers op :D

This activate with steam?

GOTY edition registers on Steam, Standard edition does not - it requires the Greenman Gaming Client to play.

It's a shame because I don't really want the DLC. I'll probably get the GOTY edition anyway because it's so cheap and I don't want to have to use multiple clients.

EDIT: Just bought the GOTY edition for £3.99. The key activated fine on Steam.

I believe it's one use only per account. Have you used it before?

To the people that say the code doesn't work, make sure when copying the code above that you don't accidentally copy a bit of blank space at the end which counts as another character making the code invalid.
#24
Ye Frazzle is right... I noticed that earlier :) ordered aswell :D LUSH!

lol damn my stupidity. The annoying thing is, this is one of the most common mistakes people make in my workplace and I'm forever reminding people about it. Ah well, at least it's worked. Cheers :)

The game was disappointing in some way as I expected some more although I recommend it. It was fun to play and maybe I will even try DLC's.
#27
I'd recommend the GOTY edition too, Knoxx adds massive amounts to the game.

Unfortunately Moxxi is one big repetitive slog. I doubt I'll ever be bored enough to get those last two tournament trophies...

Great deal, people try and remember TCB 6.06% that's an amassing 24p off again wow ;)
#32
Bargain - Already got on XBox but what the hey - for £3.99...

I confirm GOTY activates on Steam fine. Thanks OP.
#33
Brill game gotta love them clap traps
#34
so, does the normal £2 game activate on steam?
#35
is the standard game a download or do I have to stream the game.
#36
Not a brilliant game to be honest. But it's worth a couple quid to try it - if you love it, great!
#37
Does anyone know how long this deal is on for? Gonna try it on Steam for free this weekend before buying.
#38
Thanks, managed to get the GOTY edition for £2.99 + TCB after using the voucher code and with a £1.00 trade in credit on a free game I got from them a year or so ago.

The product code they gave to me activated on Steam just fine but only lists as 'Borderlands' in my Steam library, is that normal?
#39
The more people you play with, the better this game gets. Solo it can get boring, add a couple of friends and it's a lot of fun!
#40
What is this voucher by the way?

Here are all your vouchers.

Borderlands Game of the Year Edition
Voucher: Borderlands Offer

Voucher Code: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

Valid Until: 2012-08-01 11:10:38

It was in the order confirmation email from them and also shows under the list of keys in my account. There's obviously a code there normally instead of the X's but I wouldn't really want to share it without knowing what it does.

EDIT: Actually I think it's a discounted pre-order voucher for Borderlands 2. If you add Borderlands 2 to the basket and then use the code it knocks the price down to £27.00.
