Our Library stocks well over 1000 albums across the popular genres... In fact you'd be surprised what seems to turn up at the Library!? Audiobook CDs are also available at no charge as they are classed as books - great for long journeys in the car.

Our Library also lends out books!! WOW

I also pop into the Library for a bit of product research - Free access to the Which magazine and back issues. Great for confirming truly Hot Deals!

Our library in Lancaster stocks a huge range of titles, catering for even the most diverse tastes.
How long does your library let you borrow titles for?

Two weeks for Audio CDs.

Audio books are now free in ours so it's easy to stock up with these when I'm going to do a lot of driving.

I remember going to my Grandads library with him (my small local one didn't loan them out) and him getting a Basil Brush LP for me!
Seem to remember there was a little wallet thing stuck on the back of the album, of a record and the scratches where marked on it so as they knew if you had added any!

I also remember my Mum and Dad loaning huge framed pictures for the wall, so you could change your picture over the mantlepeice once a month or something!?!?

Why is my library not this awesome? I'd love to cancel my online game rental package. It normally ends up costing me more than buying the game outright!

Yes our libraries are for the poor, they provide **** scratched versions, overdue fees, and increases in our community charges to subsidise this poor selection of music and films which they choose and we have very little input. Great to live in a democracy with choice ain't it?
