An impressive hedge trimmer with many features, the very powerful 700W motor drives the 700mm long blade that has a wide tooth spacing allowing it to cut up to 28mm in diameter making it very versatile enabling cutting of woody hedges. The sliding clutch gives extremely high torque of 80Nm along with laser cut and diamond ground teeth with hardened edges giving optimum cutting to the user. The machine is well balanced with an ergonomic handle that allows the user to work in any position. The blade has a tip protector that protects the blade when working near walls etc. The machine is supplied with a blade cover that can also be used as a wall bracket and 12 metres of cable. 2 year warranty.

Would recommend this excellent hedge cutter, it can cut through almost any branch you throw at it. Both hands must be on the handle bar to power on the cutter safety feature, if any hand is released the cutter freezes. This offer comes with the Bosch Handyroll Cable Controller which tightens the cable near you so it doesn't accidentally fall into the cutting blades while slack. 700mm long helps you get your cutting done in no time.

seems a good price, i really need one, have a couple of hedges in my front garden that are about 70ft in lenght some jokers quoted nearly £900 to trim these and a wisteria on the front of my house. I do have a hedge trimmer from argos and although it did the job eventually it was slow going..

I have to say prices for this cutter has gone up some from when I gone mine. Bought it for about £90 from tooled-up last summer, amazon also had it for £90 but none in stock had to wait 3 weeks for delivery or something. Other places were selling this for around £105-£110.

Remember this comes with the Handyroll which costs £13, the Handy roll seems a good idea since I had a quite a few occasions where the cable got hook in the branch and the cutter went through it (this was with my old cutter and a circuit breaker)

this is one of the longest cutter I have seen 70cm ;-), unlike a petrol cutter its not heavy and it freezes the second you release either hand.
also if you have to trim the top, if the bush is quite wide 70cm can reach quite far. It can cut through thick branches 3.4cm diameter saved me time getting the saw out a few occasions. :p
