bought this deal on boxing day, great customer service from ao too

Which? says "This isn't a great food processor - it performs just averagely at most of its functions". According to them, the cheaper Bosch MCM4100GB is much better.

Thats what i bought, the magimix but thinking with all the bits and pieces you get with this one its well worth the money rather than have gone for a top brand.

Sainsbury is doing half price on many food processers at the moment if you want to compare prices. There are some really good deals now.

You'd believe ao reviews before Which? Really? How many of those reviewers can compare this processor with others? How many of them have done more than cursory testing?

You might want to check the reviews on Amazon...and don't just look at the good ones.

One reviewer said the grater shattered grating cheese and Bosh wouldn't replace. In two minds about this, Quidco offering 10% as well.

Sod it, ordered anyway can't see me getting better for the price. Thanks for posting OP.

surprised people still bother with which to be honest, very dated service when you can usually find enough reviews from actual users elsewhere.

I half agree. Which? reviews certainly aren't what they used to be.

I do read user reviews but don't take too much notice of them. Many reviewers use only a subset of a product's capabilities. And they tend to publish reviews after only a very short period of use. Also, especially with things like food processors, they have often never owned one before, so have nothing to compare against.

It's usually worth checking reviewers' other reviews too. You'd be surprised how many people only ever publish five-star reviews. Presumably they're easily pleased.
