I got this from b&q a while ago. Its a pretty good drill & has managed all tasks I've put it under so far. I only paid about £18 for mine though (_;)

I used it for building a complete bungalow. Drill was amazing for money I paid around £28. however during 4 month use period, I had to repair it myself twice. Push button stopped working, one wire become loose, so easy fix. Few weeks ago one wire near motor got burned, so I had to reconnect.
Drill was pushed to the limits and still goes.

The one you've linked to is superior as it's an sds drill which is reflected in the price, alot more power for drilling into harder supstrates, sds drills can also turn off the rotation to allow hammer chiselling. I've seen amazon have reduced the price on the same model, £55 is a good price See Here
