I have the larger one, nice and sturdy, expect to replace the blade every 1 to 2 years though depending how much grass you cut, much nicer than cheaper Flymo's

Do you have to use the roller or can you remove it?

It's my parents one, shared between them, me and several other tenants, blade needs replacing at least once a year, hitting stones/concrete etc is main problem resulting it being dented etc, they have gotten it sharpened at garden/hardware places before though.

we've had a mower for 15 years never sharpened it. mows through rocks and bricks, it's a killer. sharpening it might be an idea actually.

I got the bigger one cheaper when B&Q had the 20% off days... very powerful motor, cuts my large lawn easily and give decent stripes!!
