I am actually considering buying this but I'm torn between this and an older less reducedmodel with slightly higher spin and seems to have more features:

Any helpful advice much appreciated!

Why choose LG over Bosch??
#4
my last 2 bosch had failures within 3 yrs ...

Same here, my cheap Bosch lasted 3 yrs with light use and binned.

Had our Bosch 10 years now, was surprised myself when I checked, working great (touch wood!)Previously had an Indesit which broke beyond repair a week after the 12 month guarantee expired.

would have bought if it had 5 years warranty included.
