I know Bose sometimes go cold on here, but I love my AE2 headphones, but just wanted some wireless ones for work and this is a great price

Not really comparable as it inst Bluetooth . People buying these usually want them as they are Bluetooth and therefore don't want cabled cans. I don't actually think these Bose are that great & would suggest trying/comparing Philips Fidelio .

Was gonna say the same.
Also want to point out Amazon is doing the same price which seem to be the lowest price ever so if OP amend post to include this the deal should get hotter.

I did mention it has been posted on Amazon in the original comment but didn't want to raise a duplicate thread as there are two already. This is just for those who are as impatient as me and can't wait for delivery and want them now :p

Bought these today and they are fantastic! Perfect sound and I've tried loads of Bluetooth phones in the past and they've all disappointed - but these are excellent!

That surprises me!

Earlier I totally forgot to pick up my phone so walked out the office to the kitchen with my headphones on and it was only when I was about 20+ meters away that I started losing connection and I realised I'd left my phone

Me too, although I did read a review on amazon where one guy said he returned 4 pairs with the same problem. I just thought law of averages you might get some problems, oh well!

That's a lot to drop on a set of headphones if you haven't tried them before.
I tested out a £200 pair in HMV and they didn't sound better than my 15 year old Sony pair that cost about £20.

+1 generally speaking you should NEVER buy headphones without trying them on. When I bought my last pair of Sennheisers, I tried at least 20 pairs instore with many different audio tracks.

I'm sure you can find better for your money, however i find that statement really hard to believe.

For those interested in buying, i'd check out some reviews from trusted sites and compare them to similar offerings from Sennheiser and the like.

Bluetooth headphones sound a bit worse than cable ones. what if I connect them with cable? Will they sound better? thanks

yes they do sound fab. it also comes with a cable in case you run out of juice...

only negative on these headphone is they are not noise cancelling.... otherwise perfect.

Bought these from Argos - love them - great sound quality and nice and light too

Good headphone, got one from last Christmas, great sound quality, pity it's bit ugly with that attachable bluetooth dongle....
#27
The sound quality of these is really bad!

Just ordered through John Lewis with an online price match and 2 years guarantee! Thanks OP :)

I bought the AKG K845BT after comparing them with Bose, Seinheisser, Sony and other unknown high quality headphone brands, in the end i kept the AKG because of the craftsmanship, all the other headphones were made of cheap plastic, sound is amazing, works with bluetooth or cable, theres more bass when its connected via a cable for some reason. Richer Sounds have them for £140.
