Before anyone replies with "OMG!!??12111!!? OF COURSE"

The throw away pack in earphones are better than the beats ;)

Ah nice - I picked up a pair of AE2i (OE2i being the over-ear, AE2i the around-ear) in the Currys / PCWorld in Manchester Arndale today around 1pm - there were 2 pairs at the time, so the one remaining pair's probably gone by now. Good luck to anyone hunting - I suspect these'll be tricky to find!
#17
Just to confirm I know it's national because I bought in York and asked if they had another, they said no so I told them I was heading to Scarborough so they rang the store and reserved me the last pair there, they told me at that point is national but only about 30 stores with stock left

Nothing comes up on that link

I bought the same one for £138 two years ago from Bose store. Nice head phones. Love them.
#22
You will need to buy 2. One for first 6 months and the other for. ...
#24
Amazing price. Wish I could find out if any Nottingham stores have any but they appear to not want to answer the phone.

In a sense yes, Married
#26
Not on the website, must be an in-store deal.
#27
thanks op managed to pick up last pair in Oldham elk mill. they also had white ones for £50ish but couldn't see the code for them as it was hidden behind the cabinet. been getting some really good clearance bargains from Curry's lately!
#28
Which store at York?
#29
Cold.
They only come with a standard headphone plug. When I put the plug in my lounge socket to charge them, they literally exploded. I did try them after, but they didn't work. To add insult to injury when I explained what happened to Bose, they wouldn't honour the warranty and referred to me as an idiot.
Bose can kiss my **** before I spend a penny with them again

Ok so to clarify, you inserted a 6.35mm headphone jack into a mains socket to see if you could charge a set of these headphones?.

Hopefully you're kidding?. Otherwise I'm thinking Bose were being too polite!.
#31
Product codes on receipt not recognised on Curry's website. Might be a deal here but it's not hot for the masses, just another good luck story for an individual or two. :|

Joking? Only if you consider £120 up in smoke a joke.
I've gone for some Sennheiser wireless ones, but am having trouble connecting to my router. The headphones have no screen or input device, so I've no idea how join my network, or enter the wireless key. I'll send Sennheiser an email in the morning.
Even headphones have become over-tech'd

2 options:

1) you're trying to be funny, I would suggest you don't give up your day job;

2) you're a complete and utter techno noob/number one idiot who shouldn't be allowed within 50 feet of any technology.

What an ignorant response. I thought this forum was designed to help each other. At no point did he want anyone to look something up just share their knowledge. You know where you can keep remarks like that mate?

What??? These are headphones. They do not need power so how are you trying to charge them???

They just plug into the headphone socket and you're sorted.

This place is great, I don't know what I'd do without it. They didn't need charging after all. Boy do I feel stupid.
#39
I popped into the Currys in Leyton Mills with no luck.

So if he can't be bothered it's okay, but if I can't be bothered then it's not ??
