Which Amp would you suggest to go with these?

They come with two different type of eall brackets - go with that. You will have to used something like D-Line to trunk the cables if you don't fancy channeling into your walls.

The speakers come with small corner brackets, as a previous poster said, I didn't want to dig into the wall so I used the d-line, it looks very good,

Got these from richer sounds a few months ago when on offer. Good speakers and sound great hooked up to a Pioneer AV amp. Would recommend.

I've got 2 sets of these, 1 black , 1 white.
The key is the amp that drives them and setting it up properly!

Ive got a Black set attached to a Sony SDHR 820 and they are a nice rounded warm sound in a 4m x 4m room
The other set is on an entry level Teac amp and in a large Kitchen diner. The sound isn't anywhere near as impressive or as warm but i put that mainly down to the amp.

I had this set and they died within 3 months.

ive recently bought the onkyo txnr626 from richer sounds. the amp itself is awesome with loads of features. also dolby armos ready. when i bought it onkyo were giving away 2 free atmos ready speakers which arrived the other day. i would recommend this system, but would totally depend on cost

Or install coving, and hide the wires in that.

Does anybody know where I can buy a new white set?

I was looking a few months ago and they were available for £199 but I can't find them anywhere except eBay (used). Have they been discontinued?

Any suggestions on another white 5.1 speaker set, along with a decent amp (doesn't need to be white, it's going in a cupboard).

Well, the sub died. I ordered through Sevenoaks who were fantastic, they swapped them out with a more expensive model without fuss. So it all worked out in the end!

Also be careful with your source. If you're going to plug an MP3 player using a headphone jack to your amp to listen to youtube, they will sound terrible. Have to use proper sources, with proper connections IMO.

When I stream youtube using chromecast then optical connection from tv to amp, its sounds in a different league as an example instead of just connecting my phone to it.

The most noticeable difference is volume.
