same price in tesco or better still i been getting them free. As 50p off vouchers from last month tesco mag and 50p manufacturers coupon. I have about 16 packets lol

Lidl are currently doing a deal on these too - you get a pack of 8 for £3.79 :thumbsup:

It appears that the company that market the Kitchen Roll have switched to a different manufacturing process for Plenty. Sadly the kitchen roll is now flimsier, that when wet the sheet can be easily ripped apart unlike it's predecessor. Shame as Bounty was tough and durable like the advertisements stated.

Good price though, but I expect to switch to a cheaper brand now that Plenty Kitchen Roll is similar in quality to it's rivals.

Funny you should say that - I thought it was my imagination but I'm glad others have noticed it too. It seems thinner and not the same texture as it was before. It was always expensive, but just about worth the extra money as it was way better than any of the others - now I'm not so sure!

No tesco policy is 1 coupon per product purchased and since some are tesco own coupons you can combine hence free kitchen towel

Only 97p for 2 in superdrug in Bootle, and yes they do feel thinner don't they :roll:
