It only seems to be the semi skimmed and full fat that have been listed here at good prices, this being the best price by far against the flat rate 54p that seems to be charged by all the mainstream supermarkets (although Lidls 49p per lite is currently the second best).

Shame that they sell to businesses, and not individual consumers, who comprise the majority of the UK population, and users of this site.

Perhaps this would be better posted in a business to business forum, designed for retailers etc? I have no clue whether this is a good deal for a business to buy, etc, as most of this site don't either.

Perhaps it wouldn't.

But that's just my opinion, I can only say what I think, yet you manage to state what you claim most of this site don't know.

Its a deal for milk - most people don't buy a carton or two at a time, so its the exact same box of 12 I would buy in Lidl. We drink it - we don't sell it to each other first.

But sticking to your logic - perhaps it would be better to post female products in a forum just for females, or have a special forum for Netto too - as its only in some parts of the county.

The bottom line is some people without Makro/Costco/Booker etc cards, seem to get stroppy when they don't have access to a deal.

Tesco price for 12 cartons = £6.48
Asda price for 12 cartons = £6.48
Lidl price for 12 cartons = £5.88
Makro price for 12 cartons = £4.50

So is that a good price or not?

so this is a deal for those who have a business only

When I bought 1 litre cartons of Skimmed Milk in Asda the other day they were £0.49/carton.

With Makro Cash & Carry's being less then local to most people one has to ask if it's viable spending the petrol money on getting there (assuming that you hold one of their trade cards) to save on perhaps one of the few products that might be reasonably priced. :whistling:

if you have a farmfoods close by they sell 1l of uht for between 39p and 42p, price has been 39 for about a year then went to 42p now back at 39P and you only have to buy 1 litre at a time

I've assumed that most users of this site are not business operators with Makro cards, and can't purchase here, as Makro's a business to business outlet. I would potentially buy this if I could walk in and buy it, though I generally buy fresh rather than UHT milk.

Tesco 54p

Asda was the same price the last time I was in about three weeks ago - but the price is not appearing on that site.

Sainsbury's 72p

Lidl is 49p, and was where I got my last lot which with the fiver off newspaper voucher was £30.?? for 72 litres.

When it comes to saying a shop is less local to most people, you really need to behave.

Farmfoods is my closest shop if you exclude a couple of restaurants, cafes and pubs, but I have never seen skimmed milk there, only SS and FF.

Makro, Booker, and Costco are all listed here - so any issue would be with the site and not me.

So do you vote cold for tampons as you can't use them either?

Vote on the price - and not with the weird phobia I mentioned at the top. :whistling:

Take a better look next time red and white packaging , yes I agree yours is a whole 1p (or 4p if stores still have it at 42p) cheaper but no everyone wants to buy 12 at at time, to be honest I get 48 at a time for work but Makro is an hours drive so not even worth the fuel bill

and not only that 90% of people on this site can't access Makro so going to get very cold in here

It seems this is not available in Makro Charlton

BULLS MILK? is it a fetish thing? :-D
