toys are cheap tat these days.

the good old days they came with quality mechanical toys that had to be built and moved and did stuff. Nowadays its a plastic moulded figurine, like that is a toy.

Plastic yes but you did get mechanical things like cars etc that had push-motors and a metal flywheel.

Oh yeh the good old days, so true! I remember one of the first Kinder eggs I had had a little red car in it that you had to put together from about 8 pieces & had a little mechanism so when you pulled it back it zoomed forward, being a tomboy then I thought it was the best thing ever. Plus the eggs were a lot bigger then too!
