Fantastic deal! Tempted to order

Good price, I still need to make space in my shed for mine, however it doesnt tell you the bag size though, judging the picture its either a small bag or a oversized bracket.
#3
Looks good, but I have nowhere to put this at the minute...

Great deal, would have bought it but I am moving to uni today and they are a bit picky about sticking things on walls in accommodation so I think a punchbag is out of the question!
#5
ive looked around too and found someone on the ebuyer forum saying its 80cm which is about 2.6ft
#6
18kg is too light, i suppose you could open it and put sand in though.

hot deal.
#7
Would this go outside?
#8
I want one! and would sand be too heavy?
#9

Completely! I used a punch bag for a summer once, and it gave me the biggest arms I've had. Knackering though!

You'll see most benefit in your shoulders I think.

I've just ordered one (said there was 39 left). I'm going to stick it up in the garage, my kids are going to love this :)
#21
I'm guessing this doesn't come with the bracket?

Not really mate, weights and diet will get you bigger not a punch bag

Looks ok for a beginner, bag looks a little small, good price overall tho if your serious you will replace the bag very quick i imagine

No. Barbell compound movements, chin ups. Squats. Up the calories if you need to.

Just got this for £19.11 delivered. Wife got FREE next day delivery with her Birthday voucher. :-D

wish I had a bigger house. I go kickboxing twice a week and could do with a bag. guess I could maybe put the bracket outside and take the bag inside when its not being used. The skipping ropes and gloves look rubbish, but guess most justwant the bag

Just a quick point if I may. A budget option which hardly requires any space is the Everlast inflatable punchbag available from Argos for £14.99. I must admit that the first one started leaking water so I had to bring it back. But the new one I keep in the lounge and place it so that it rebounds against the soft leather settee when I punch it. I find it to be an excellent way of letting off steam and I don't need a bracket or anything.

Regards
Rick

Old houses will be better built with solid walls its modern houses where the problems would be, just make sure you use the correct fixings for the wall type.
