If you want a total workout without having to go to the gym, then the Herculean lay flat home gym from V-Fit is a great fitness solution. This large home gym covers a range of exercises to give you a full body workout. You can workout your legs with complete leg extensions and back leg curls. The Herculean home gym has a heavy duty tubular steel frame that folds away when not in use. A deep padded seat and backrest provides comfort whilst you exercise, while a double-up weight resistance system lets you get more out of your workouts. 125kg (276lbs) weight capacity. If you want to waste money on fitness equipment you won't use buy a gym membership, at least then it won't take up room in your house.
#8
could afford this, only problem would be the rent for an apartment with enough room for that. Good deal :)

you can just stack more weights if you want to bulk. Perfect for low weight, high reps more sets

Would like to buy but have no space for a home gym. But then again I have 2x sets of dumbells and really free weights are so much more effective...just harder to work certain parts of the body without some kind of bench.

Free weights are also better for your core, Just hoping this gives us some motivation on lunch at work.

How do you stack more weight? Can additional weights be purchased? A link if you have, thanks.

if your serious about training and want to train at home, spend a bit more and get a squat rack and some Olympic weights, you will get a much better workout than using one of these, if your tight for room and cash get a set of kettlebells and get a crazy cardio workout at the same time :P

that aside this is a good deal for what you get :)

I got bought the bench model about 4 years ago. The frame was so light, that it got bent to buggery when i had failure, So i am not sure what this is like, but i doubt its very strong. Mine was also narrow as. So I assume his will be the same. Your better off buying a normal weights bench, like the deal i posted here
and having something that will last. You can uy a bar and add as much as weight as you require.

*Enables the user to add their own free-weight discs for added resistance or micro-adjust the weight increments to make your workout more tailored to your individual needs.
