Kids all love suspension on bikes these days but at this price range they are basically pogo sticks that make even kids bikes amazingly heavy**.... however, its a good price for a kids bike by any standard, HOT.

** Great to get your kids fit though!!

Good price for the bike. Heat added.

However £18.95 delivery for something that costs £35 when there's no 'collect in store' option (none that I could see anyway) is all that's putting me off getting one.

Why are all bike deals on here for either for cheap rubbish like this or high tech £1K+ bikes. Does nobody buy a modest but good quality bike any more? Go to a bike shop where you can get advice on the most appropriate bike.

No option showing for collect instore for me either?
#5
Good price but not worth it with the delivery..... Shame

There have been plenty of bikes between £100 and £1000 on HUKD. Usually attract plenty of ignorant comments though.

I wouldn't buy this bike, it will weigh a ton and all the components will wear out really fast. Waste of money, this is BSO(bike shaped object) not a bike.

"Stupid delivery charges!"

Well it has to come all the way from china!

You should add nearly £20 of delivery therefore £53.95 not that hot anymore.....
#12
Junk bike that's not even worth £35

I think seeing as its a kids bike some of these comments are a little bit harsh. No ones going to consider doing any serious riding on this are they? Chances are they will have grown out of this before it wears out. £35 for a bike for a child to ride around the park on sounds like a bargain to me.
#14
It'll be poorly assembled straight out of the box. Not worth the money even for a kids bike. Expect non-working brakes, loose parts, parts fitted incorrectly as well as weighing a ton which won't be enjoyable for a kid to ride, never mind the fact that it's not safe. It'll break even with minimal riding. Avoid.
#15
Oh you don't wan't to buy this it will fall apart in the 12 months or so your child will be able to use it. Totally unsafe, trading standards don't exist anymore.

Now.... Let's see if I can bag the last one.

Voted hot, amazing price even if you do have to adjust or fix the odd thing, which I have had to do on most bikes regardless of cost.
#16
I've had to adjust things on £500+ bikes, so nothing should surprise here.

OK, it will be crap, it will be heavy, but for a bike that will be abused and is essentially a disposable item, it's probably fine. Most reviews I've ever seen on any bike, cheap or expensive have drawn out the monkey who doesn't know one end of a spanner from a TV set. I guess the cheaper the bike, the more inept spanner-monkeys it draws out...

And hey, weren't Raleigh Choppers heavy? Weren't Grifters heavy? Weren't Bombers heavy? Yes they were and we were fitter kids as a result. Keep bikes heavy and keep our kids fit. If they're heavy bikes, there's a sense of soldity to them!
