The normal U has NFC

There's a 5% offer at the moment, but that seems to repeat every day for the last 2 weeks...

First deal.. please be gentle.... :-)

*EDIT*

Forgot to mention a couple of things, BQs own website has downloads to update to 7.1.1 for both these phones, and BQ sell them directly for €179,90 and €209.90....

ZTE Blade A512 from Vodafone has similar specs and wouldn't have warranty issues, decent option though

Looks very very similar to redmi 3s but smaller battery

Reviews only complain the display and camera aren't the best but what do you expect for 60 quid.

Stock Android a huge bonus over Xiaomi devices.

I ordered one on the 13th and it's supposedly about to leave China today according to the tracking, just need to cross my fingers for a month or so...

Phone arrived on Monday 22nd, so thats only 9 days to the door from China! Customs was listed as "Mobile Pone $22".
First impressions are good, a million times faster than my old Lumia 520 (stop laughing at the back.. there were reasons...) For me it's very quick, fast enough to do anything I want, swapping between a dozen apps is instant. Screen is nice, not watched much video yet and haven't taken many photos. About the right size, not small or big. Not even put my sim card in yet, just setting everything up on wifi and playing with it as a mini tablet so far to see how it goes. Charger is not great though, it's a 2-pin plug and they sent me a multi-adapter which converts almost anything to a UK plug so it ends up bulky. Useful for something no doutb, but I'll just use my other UK chargers instead.... Can't say I can see any reason to pay £500 for a phone, or even £200 over this. The Lite is on Amazon at £135, the U Plus at £189, this U was on the other day for about £160 iirc... It's on Marshmallow, but the manufacturers website has Nougat to download specifically for this model which I will do at some point.
