Deceiving photo... this is nowhere near peach coloured.
#2
that's right - it's Almond colour.

Voted Hot because Its a Good Price, but a Joke to think it would retail at £129.95:whistling:. Its £67 Delivered at John Lewis (Normal Price) http://www.johnlewis.com/230394092/Product.aspx Buy it because you want it and not because its worth £130, because its Not:thumbsup:

Not voted either way...

I got this just over a year ago for £20.99 from Amazon, but this does seem to be the best price at the moment.
#5

I really cannot understand anyone wanting to part with £50 for a bucket to put rubbish in. We really are a strange society................
#10

The first reviewer of this bin on Amazon is obviously barking mad. It's a BIN for crying out loud!:p

To be fair to the original poster, this is a good deal compared to some of the other prices (the silver one is £62 on Amazon). But you are spot on. As lovely a bin as it is, £45 being a bargain price for a bin is just wrong!
#18
I bought the silver one of these about a year ago and it's a fantastic product which looks great and is very functional. The mouth of the bin is wide enough to accommodate the dust container from my dyson so there's never any spillage when emptying and the touch open mechanism is the best I've seen.

The bin comes with a 10 year guarantee which means you know you won't be shelling out for a new one every couple of years.

Voted hot!

I got one of these the last time they were on offer at about £30 Its a nice clean tidy bin and you have to remember they have a long guarantee, So even if the lid breaks in 5 years time you just contact them and they replace it no quibble... I know this because I know someone who has done it. I'm glad I spent out on ours.
Heat given

To me a dustbin is an eyesore not a feature in a kitchen, but if you're gonna have one on show have a nice one..lol

Each to their own,it is a good price and people rave about them

My dustbin is under the sink, hidden lol

£45 On A Dirty Bin U Got Be Kidding What A Waste Of Money Lmao:whistling:

Bl**dy brilliant! I have one, can't remember what I paid, but not full price, as got it through here. I have a dog and it is the ONLY bin she doesn't attempt to empty...there is no smell...and her emptying bins etc cost me a small fortune at the vets just to make her throw up whatever she ate from them, apart from the mess etc...

eta: she can open doors etc, so can't keep her in one room...

I don't understand why people are telling me I cannot buy a bin at this price...it really is none of your business what I spend my money on, and I don't attack other people for buying things that i wouldn't look twice at!

Off my "soap bin"...

i love putting rubbish in bins for free:thumbsup:

Wee bit of advice hen .... If you're that obsessive about "cleanliness", don't ever have a baby, a ****** nappy or a spew up would kill you stone dead.

£45 for a bin that holds bacteria lol.

Well worth it for this price, picked a chrome one up over 12 months ago and it still looks brand new, that includes the inside.

Some may think its a bit much for a bin but thats down to them, personally i dont like the carrier bag hanging from a cupboard door handle option much.
#27
The black version of this bin is £45.99 (inc. VAT) currently in Makro. You do need a Makro card of course...
#28
bought an unbranded 30litre push bin for £30 years ago so this is a good deal. voted hot

These are great bins. It's so nice to get one where you can drop something heavy into it and the liner doesn't come off the rim and fall inside. I recommend the Brabantia 'H' bin liners too - they're good quality.
#30
Brilliant bin. Those who have it know why its worth the money. Not sure on the colour of this one though! :-)

I have the stainless steel model, 50L, Superb. Holds loads, rock solid, no smells escape, wont fallover, great lid mechanism, etc. Oh, and looks fantastic in a kitchen - which is why tons of people buy them, Prior to this I was with the "cheap" brigade too, saving money by buying a flip top from Argos, etc.

No need to ever go back now with that 10 year guarantee.

PS: Get the bags from Poundland - no need to buy expensive Brabantia make. I have tried both - 10 for £1 in Poundland are excellent (with handles).
PP:S You can get the "swipe" version where you just wave your hand across the top (no contact) and it opens remotely if you dont wanna touch it!

I don't think washing one's hands after touching a bin lid is being a clean freak:w00t:

bought one, heat added, the colour is a rich cream colour in my opinion, heat and rep added.

Went to order another and the price has gone up to £65ish :x will have to wait for another deal....

am expiring....sorry i'm sad
