Completely agree. Incredible game, and an absolute must buy at any price, nevermind as cheap as this!

Scorching hot! Already own on Steam but may be tempted to buy it if it's a Steamless install. Anyone know?

It's a steamworks games so I'd imagine you have to register on Steam. I could be wrong though but 99% sure all Steamworks games have to be registered on Steam :]

I installed on my netbook it last night. It's not on Steam. It also worked when I disconnected my DVD drive too...
