Outstanding game - I have the steam version. Heat added!

does anyone know if there is an expiry date on claming the 30day free subscription to plus. I waited last week out because I didn't like the games that were discounted but this game is good.

The princess is in another castle ... heat added :)

Presumably if you purchase at this price you get to keep it once your free plus account has expired?

Yes only free stuff gets restricted once the sub ends

This really is a fantastic game.

I've got it on the 360, but I'll still add heat.

I believe the Welcome Back offers expire on 3rd July (but don't quote me on that)

Bought this last night.

As mentioned the stuff you purchase at a lower rate via the plus account you do get to keep. Also this month there seems that the free MAG stuff also claims you keep once the subscription runs out as well.

Regarding the activation of the Welcome Back package, I believe you have till early July to redeem and then it is 30 days from activation.

Q: When does the 30 days of my PlayStation Plus access expire?
A: Your PlayStation Plus 30-day access will expire 30 days from the date you activated it in PlayStation Store.

I don't understand Braid......The first bit you start at is World 2??
I also don't get the first level you play...can't collect all jigsaw pieces as too high to reach, and then you can't re-enter the world as you have to do a jigsaw without all the pieces???

I played it mostly through on the 360. From what I can remember you CAN get all those pieces, it's just tricky.

Great game. Cracking price.

Well now I can't go back as I need to complete a jigsaw with missing bits when I click on the world!

That's because you're clicking on the jigsaw - click on the door next to it to re-enter the world

The first door I went in was World 2...there didn't seem to be a World 1 and the jigsaw pieces were impossible to collect.

^ That's the point - absolutely nothing is impossible in Braid, it's just a case of figuring it out. You can't get every jigsaw piece right away in World 2, but you can go back and use the pieces obtained in the later 'doors' in that world to get some of the earlier ones.

The whole game is amazing, World 6 in particular is a stroke of genius

Actually yeah now you mention it, getting some of the pieces involved jumping off the picture you created with the jigsaw itself... It's been a while since I've played it.

I think I completed it or got close to. I was a bit daunted by the speed run achievement though.
#25
World 1 is the last one you play, and it all (just about) makes sense why it's the last one when you play it - to say anything else would be a spoiler

You need to get all the puzzle pieces to finish the game, and they are all possible, but there's some fiendishly clever puzzling involved in getting most of them

If you want to know about things which are impossible to get, try Googling 'Braid stars'...
#26
Yeah, the speed run achievement is quite insane. At least without a guide!
#27
Actually looks quite fun.

Check out http://youtube.com/watch?v=kANqkuxJVvk=#t=7m31s to see how he uses time reversal to get through levels and such.

Just downloaded will check the game later!!

this game is pure genius some of the puzzles are fiendish, once it clicks and you have a eureka moment, you realise what a masterpiece the game is. let alone the interpretation of the story (and the secret ending)

bargain for £2, think i got it full price on XBLA
#30
Incredible game, well worth the £8 nevermind £2!

Not precisely. All addons unless specified also remain active on your account afterwards. Not to mention Avatar and Themes.

Getting the jigsaw pieces is the easy bit.

The seven stars are crazy. One requires you to stand on a certain platform for 2 hours without moving.
