* Deadlocking
* Electric Front Windows
* Front Fog Lights
* Height Adjustable Steering Wheel

This is for a brand new car (this is not a pre reg car, you will be the first owner. i have confirmed this with the dealer).
This includes a full 3 year warranty from the day you get the car and 2 years AA cover (you can upgrade it to 3 years AA cover for £60)
Service intervals are 18,000 miles or every 2 years whatever comes first.

i think this would make a great cheap run around, for a you or a son or daughter who just learned to drive.

sorry but wouldnt give that cow boy a penny of my money they are unreal. buy a car and as soon as they have your money they coulodnt care less about you i bought a 1 year old mondeo from them and it had large holes in the drivers seatbelt / bald tyres / dodgy gear box / and to top it all the engine went within a week. went in to get the car replaced or money back and they said that i had to pay for everything that was already wrong with the car i had to threaten to report them to trading standards and with legal action before i got my money back and i dont know many people who havnt had a nasty experience with mr arnold clarks cow boys.
he aint gettin any more of my money

can I ask why you bought it in that state? :?

Warranty is Renault, take it to any renault dealership. (non arnold clark) i hate AC as much as anyone but the car is brand new, and a good price.

...although being in red means that 1 in 7 (predominently male) drivers will not see the vehicle & hit it. Also avoid the colour green for similar reasons (when purchasing other vehicles not in this deal)! :)

Extreme(ly slow)
#13
It weighs 950kg, so 60bhp will make it go pretty quick for a 1.2 engine. I reckon about 13-15 seconds 0-60.

I'd go for a Renaultsport Twingo 133 if I had to buy one of these though.

If Goofy (note the spelling), the friend of Mickey Mouse, is an anthropomorphic dog (one taking human characteristics such as talking & walking on two legs rather than Mickey's pet dog, Pluto, that just barks & walks on four legs) why is his "girl" Clarabelle Cow?

Either way, "Goofeys Girl" didn't indicate the gender of that HotUKDeals member then?

BFN,

fp.
#15
wasnt it this car that was described on top gear as being a puppy with the floppy ears that would hump your leg because of the way it looks =']

Bless

I too have had major problems with Arnold Clark. Absolute cowboys IMO.

Cold from me. Surely the Corsa is way better value at only £500 more:

Nah, but only hairdressers that could afford them would big themself up online.

Hot from me, but make sure you don't need finance to get it at this price so you don't get flamed, and double check its not an import or a pre-reg as you can get attacked for that too.

Yeah I bought a car from Arnold Clark and when I picked it up it had no wheels or engine or doors.

With respect you must be a total dipstick to buy a car with those easy to spot faults. The only thing I can think of that could be dafter than that would be to blame Arnold Clark for selling it to you, when the fact is you bought it!

Classic!
#32
cheeky, they up the price too high so when they knock a few grand off it seems a great deal! 6k is about right for a single cam 1.2 litre basic car!
#33
Bought a Ford Focus 1.6 from Arnold Clark last year and took it back after a week complaining that i could only get it to 120. He replied that for a 1.6 that was good, until i told him that i lived at 110.

Dont Buy From Arnold Clark!!!!!!!!

Toatal Cowboys, Should Be Selling Horses Not Cars!!!

If You Do Buy, Dont Trade In Or You Will Get Pennies For Your Old Car.

Had To Pay Them £47 +vat To Look At My Car And It Was Under Warranty, They Said This Would Be Returned If I Go Ahead With The Work But Even Though The Car Is Less Than 2 Years Old, Them And Vauxhall Have Decided Not To Carry The Work Out Under Warranty As They Feel The Bad Weather Was At Fault For The Faulty Wiper Arm. Total Conmen!!!!!!!!!!!!
#35
This car does 0-60mph in 15 seconds, which isn't too bad for a city car ;) . Compare that to the Fiat 500 (12.9 secs) which is quicker and more efficient, then you would be raving mad to buy this car at full price. If you ain't got a banger to trade in though, this is definitely worth considering!
#36
Does that mean with the Scrappage scheme you'd get this car for just over 4 grand??

Bargain !!

You agreed to the price. So either the salesman was good at his job, or you're as rubbish at negations as you are at typing forum posts. :w00t:

Is That Because Every Time You Went Into The Garage They Spoke In Stacatto ? :-D

Seriously though, that sounds like they charged you half-an-hours labour to examine the car. Let me guess, did you switch the wipers on when the windscreen was iced up? Did your warranty specify charges to investigate? Did you try another Garage for a 'free checkup' ?

I'm not saying AC are pantheons of virtue, but so far I haven't stopped laughing at the person who bought a car with bald tyres, holey seatbelts etc, or you complaining that they offer pennies in trade-ins. All pile-em-high-sell-em-cheap dealers do the same.
