Okay, no credit to me for this one, you can thank pgilc1 for pointing out the awesome deal. Sadly he/she was too shy to post here, so I thought I would be a good neighbour and do it on behalf of him/her! Aren't I just a darling?

pgilc1 says that HUKD people will "need to think outside of the box" to understand this deal, so bear that in mind. You guys are pretty bright from what I can tell, so I don't see this being an issue.

So get a brand new BMW M3 coupe for ONLY £665 per month for 41 months and £2197 deposit. You keep the car for 42 months, spend £29k for the pleasure (not including fuel, tax, insurance) and then give it back. Simple!

It says only business users on the website, but you can apparently get it as an individual.

Some fancy facts about the car:

V8 engine 4.0l 420bhp
18" alloys
0-60mph = 4.8s
23.7 mpg combined cycle
Aircon
Electric windows
Aux input for ipod
BMW pro satnav system
Leather upholstery
5 seats
4 wheels
Steering wheel etc.

Finance blurb:
* Business users only.
* 35k miles over 3.5 years ... 12.5p+VAT per extra mile
* Only available through BMW Contract Hire.
* Deposit of £1911+ VAT (£2197)
* 41 monthly payments of £579+VAT (£665)
* Total payable £2197 + 41*£665 = £29462
* OTR Price = £50,935

* Difference to pay at the end if you want to own it = £50935 - £29462 = £21473 to pay or give it back!

If you vote cold, please say why, okay? Thanks (on behalf of pgilc1)!

This is cold because this is an outlandish price to lease any car, even an M3. Sorry.

People on here go for cheap rather than a bargain.

Not sure if you know this but on a lease this many months and you can hand it back after 37months with no penalty charges.

Don't think the scrappage deal is allowed on this motor - can anyone clarify? Anyone fancy calling BMW to check?

I added my +9 heat but unfortunately there's an army of ice men I just can't defeat on my own :santa:

Restricted to 10k per anum although thats maybe not a bad things when you only get 23.7 MPG combined :)
#12
Good effort with this posting! Although its a great car, sadly cold from me as the Focus was better value for money so I'd rather have that ;-)

ETA: Think I better ring up BMW to check its not an import as you cant trust whats on the internet these days

For some it is, perfect time to buy cars, houses, business' etc. Not a stab, but just because most of us are poor (that would include me when I say us) doesnt mean everyone is. Its a great car. Better than a Focus.

This is very cold. A very quick search on www.contracthireandleasing.com has this at £1665+ vat (£1914) deposit and £555+vat (£638) per month for 41 months. I would also imagine as the quote above is business use you have to add vat to your prices. If they include vat my saving is around £1600 over the 42 months, if your prices don't then my saving is huge.
#25
fergee, VAT inclusive!

Seems to be cold. Anyone able to explain???

I spoke to BMW and they said no Nectar/Clubcard points or Quidco.

Sales guy said I could have his Computers for Schools vouchers though, so that's nice.

Does no one get the point that there are many many people with around 700 quid car allowance with a desk job resulting in <10k miles a year requirement... This is just the ticket for those types ;-)
