Brand New Canon 600D + 18 - 55 mm IS Lens Kit plus 3 Years Warranty £439.00 @ ebay pixel_uk
Just bought one myself .
Seems a cracking deal 'Brand New and 3 Years Warranty.' Generally for that price you are looking at a refurbished model with 90 days warranty. :)

Thanks for that, didn't see it on first glance.
2 - It's exactly the same spec camera - and is still infact regarded as the 600D

Does not warrant a cold - a little research wouldn't of gone amiss.

But you would get no manufacturers warranty, surely?
Also agree, would there even be a manufacturers warranty with the T3i in this country or are you left hoping the company you bought it from on eBay would actually stand by their 3 year warranty?
for rip offs
Last time I had to visit the main Canon UK service centre in Elstree I asked about Canon warranties for grey-market or non-UK purchases, as one of my lenses was listed on their website as having a non-European serial number. The helpful CS rep said that even though they don't officially need to support non-UK goods they will in fact always support any Canon product if it is still within the manufacturer's warranty period.
:D
just a bonus.
Can't justify spending the extra on a 650D now, although time will tell if the warranty is any good
And if you want to start experimenting with lighting - the Yongnuo YN460-II. Cheap and reasonably cheerful.
This is a lot of camera for the money. Slap a £80 50mm 1.8 lens on ( as mentioned above I see! ) and you'll be laughing.
The video capabilities are also very high, full HD at 30fps...no problem.
In addition to the lenses that preecey recommends I would also suggest the Tamron 10-24mm super-wide angle. Amazing for landscapes.
I'm quite sure the camera and the company is genuine. It is only when you need service on the goods then you may face problems. They might send your items back to their origin countries for service and that may take times. That is if they still exist in the UK.
Just a thought...
