  i had a similar incident, bought a ford focus, crashed it into a wall, it was written off, terrible build quality definitely avoid.

  read there website, included in the price is customs handling, uk based repairs, priority shipping. they are a good company. they are well known for camera equipment.

  Bought a camera from them a few weeks ago. Cannot recommend highly enough. Arrived in just 2 days and I can confirm that there are no taxes or charges to pay.

  I've bought loads of camera stuff from them (I'm a photographer) and not once have I had any problems with regards to taxes, delivery, or customer service.

  i had this phone a few months now,
  1 word
  - awesome.
  
  does everything u need and more.
  i had a couple of crashes but since a update its not done it since.
  games,net etc is flawless.
  
  only prob i foresee is its due jellybean end of aug and flash is not supported so i dont know wether it will have flash on net??
  i use firefox on mine,although the standard browser is very good(modified chrome)
  
  battery lasts me 2 days too with decent usage.
  my kid watched 3 HD film on it (holiday journey)and it still had 40% battery left
