Go for the 3gb deal with £59.99 upfront and £36.50 monthly

Airtime - £21.50

Device plan - £15

The phone element of contract is £15/month x 24=£360

Get £50 off the upfront cost.Promo code: TA6FKBT413

- Claim a free Samsung speaker worth £99.99 when you buy the Samsung Galaxy S7 or S7 edge. You’ll get a leaflet with your phone, with instructions on how to claim.

Ends 11 Jan.

Step by step guide for this deal

1) Follow the get deal button, purchase the £59.99 + £45*24 tariff.

2) Receive your phone and sim card.

3) Put the sim card into your phone and go onto myO2 (app or website) and from there request the unlock code.

4) Call 202 from the same sim card as it will make things much easier, go straight to the I want to leave o2 department or something like that (I think it's thinking of leaving us? Press something) as that will connect you with the right people much quicker.

5) Tell the person you want to pay your device in full and cancel the airtime. They will ask you why, tell them you don't think the airtime is a good value for money, but you want to keep the phone because you think it's an outstanding value for money. They will ask you for card details, you tell those details and that's it, they cancel it for you in about an hour.

6) You own the phone from that point, assumed that you have done this straightaway, there won't be any charges, otherwise you will have to pay as much airtime as you have used.

7) Unlock code will come through in about 2 to 48 hours

Promo code will probably void the cash back. Maybe worth trying anyway

Cashback will only be paid on contracted devices if the plan is active for at least 6 months
Cashback will not be paid on cancelled contracts
Cashback will not be paid if you choose to pay off the cost of your device early and upgrade to a new device. Cashback will not be paid if you cancel a contract and start a new one to gain additional cashback

Do refresh deals effect your credit history is we ask to pay upfront?
#13
Cheers OP, scorchio. Missed out on delivery tomorrow so had to pay £7 for Xmas eve delivery, couldn't wait until after Xmas for it!

Yes. I've had 3 in the last few months. My score went from 999 to 996.

Bloody, that is scorching! Why didn't this deal happen on Black Friday, picked up mine from JL then. Can't be arsed to return it since I've got a pretty expensive screen protector on.
#17
Do you need to use the unlock code before phoning 202? Is there a risk they won't send it after you cancel?
What's the risk that they will charge the airtime before you can cancel, I'm assuming it doesn't start until you receive the phone (Christmas/new year delivery could be tricky) so cancelling straight away you're within your 14 day grace period and won't be charged?
Sounds an amazing deal, just hard to believe there's no catch! Pity the code doesn't work on the Oneplus3T really!

Too much for a Samsung that isn't as smooth or fast as an iPhone 7 or Xperia XZ.

It'll also have O2's ROM.

Thanks op just ordered
My history is really bad but still got everything cleared in a minute only problem is the click and collect store showed pickup today but after completing order it says available on 29th of dec
Can I change store?
#23
Another question is should I wait 14 days before cancelling to get speakers or would I get any trouble cancelling airtime?
#24
can the airtime be cancelled without any issues? 02 won't get funny will they??

I have gone for the above deal but looks like there is another option to bring it more down. How is this deal different from this? http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/brand-new-samsung-galaxy-s7-32gb-black-gold-pink-o2-refresh-deal-288-with-code-free-2583483

Please advise. Can this be changed now?

Perhaps you should not be spending this amount of money on a phone if you are unable to see the difference!
#29
Ok so an extra £82 for the edge. Is this mainly an aesthetic difference in design or is there additional functionality or performance ?

The £288 is a good deal but I also like the look and feel of the Edge. Just wondering if I'll regret having spent or not spent the extra c28%

Promo code has expired? Is there any alternatives?

Has anyone received a confirmation email yet saying their order is ready for collection?

My order is still not showing up in MyO2 account - I ordered it last night just before midnight.

Additional 600mAh battery, much better standby times.
