Best beans, cheap once again

Hot! :)

Not sure if this is a good price or not, I detest baked beans, the devils food.

Possibly the most foul tasting 'edible' on the face of the earth.

For the rest of the bean-consuming population out there, buy, eat and enjoy !!

I see this on here about £1 from morrisons the other day, when I was in there the normal price was listed on the shelves....... On the way out I then saw a stack of them by the door with the offer price! Why the hell they have different prices around the store I have no idea! (beans wasn't the only thing like this!)

You obviously didn't try the "Christmas dinner" pot noodle then, really horrible stuff!

Um, maybe they simply hadn't got around to marking the shelves yet... I'm sure the beans on the shelf didn't have some 'special' rip off barcode for the unwary...

Why the hell indeed....

Go crazy for a £1 and find out.
(but to be more helpful i would say a slightly thicker sauce)

Oh, thank God.

I was so disappointed with the post-Xmas sales this year, I thought they were a wash out.

This has restored my faith. Cheap f-in beans, yeah!!!!!

I didnt say they was a different price, just that they hadn't marked it up..... Because of this I didnt bother buying any and then only saw the deal on the way out.........

If they could be bothered to make a display by the exit then they should of been able to mark the shelf, its only 1 other place to do!

You prefer watery heinz beans? Each to their own I suppose.

If you aren't eating branston beans, your not eating beans! :)
#21
As this is a price match, should that not be in the title for those expecting £1 to be the Asda shelf price?

Dons asbestos jacket.

you should be able to find these in many places at the moment as Premier Foods who make Branston are Hawking them out to bat against the Heinz Beans deals coming up in January. BTW I prefer Branston as well and they are cheaper!!
#25

They are not cheap beans they are not inferior quality to Heinz, they just have a better price point as Heinz would have you believe there beans are bigger and there are more in the can.......

beans r beans, heinz and branston- both taste delicious to me! its all about cooking them right in the pot so their nice and thick! i buy either which ever is a pound or less! :) branston r ranking up in our cupboards though must have about 5packs of 4! and 1 heinz pack, and this is between 2 of us! i always feel the need of topping up when their on offer but should realise that by the time we need beans they'll be on offer! always are somewhere! lol

IMHO branston beans taste better than heinz, its the tomato sauce...I had a cold can just last night...mmmm..."bring on the branston" LOL

Branston are a well known make too. I was a Heinz girl for years until I tasted Branston beans now I'm fully converted. Heinz taste very watery now, Branston are the way to go - Back the Branston! lol
