It's not a misprice as they have it for the same price instore at Halfords in Telford.

Nice enough bike but I bought a different bike from JJB for a tenner more in the end as although this bike has a girls colour scheme etc, the frame has a high top tube like a boys bike so may be scary for a 7 year old to get onto when they are used to low frames of the smaller bikes.

Still a bargain for what you get so voted hot:thumbsup:

May I ask what bike you went for? Is it on their website?

Just had a look on their website and can't see it.

It's called the Olympus Tempo, and was £79. Bright pink and silver with 6 gears and a stand

Yeah it looks alrite, but not QUITE pink enough :-D

Am considering this one now but wasn't keen on having to put the bike together myself!

They come 90% complete.

You just have to put on the pedals and adjust the saddle and line up the handlebars. They normally tell you how to do it and it's pretty easy;-)

Even if they are boxed? Like from Amazon?

Yep, don't worry. You don't just get a bag of parts and a spanner:thumbsup:

They are boxed with wheels, gears, brakes seat and handlebars fitted but the handlebars are twisted 90 degrees and the pedals are removed so the box is slimmer and doesn't get damaged.

Thanks very much, ordered the 'Townsend Quartz' which has good reviews from Marshall Ward, using a £30 discount voucher :)

But which girl who is big enough for a 20" bike wants a bratz one????
That's why Tesco direct ended up flogging the 16" bratz bike for £20- and still no-one bought it!

A 20" bike is for a 7/8 year old upwards - at that age girls do love Bratz

I can see your point, though when they are maybe 11 or so

The £20 one at Tesco, I thought sold out quick time :?

Bought this bike today, it's great, still some left, but you will need to search online or phone a store who can do a stock count on their system to see how many are in stock at other stores.
